Login to Prodacapo Support

Please provide you license number and your web password.

If you are running the Prodacapo Windows client, you can login automatically by clicking menu Help - Prodacapo Support Pages.

If you are running Prodacapo Web Solution you can login automatically by clicking Visit the Support pages on the right side. Both these methods will automatically log you on and you will not be prompted for a username or password. If you for any reason need to login manually, the license number and web password can be found here.

1. On your registration card
2. In the upper left corner on the Prodacapo start page in the Prodacapo Windows client. The Start page is the first page that is displayed after you login to Prodacapo.
3. On the right side in the Prodacapo start page in the Prodacapo Web Solution. The Start page is the first page that is displayed after you login to Prodacapo Web Solution.
